To request deletion of your Rozgaar Kashmir account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

Steps to delete:

  1. Send an email to digitalspan2@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Clearly state your registered email address and name.

What data is deleted:

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete the following data from our servers within 30 days:

  • Your authentication credentials (email/password).
  • Your profile information (name, address, telephone number, profile image).
  • Your bidding history and listings.

What data is retained:

No personal identification records are retained. Anonymous aggregate transaction details may remain in our secure logs solely for bookkeeping compliance.

B. Location Data

Geographic Location: We request access to your device's location (Fine/Coarse location) to show jobs or workers near you. Location information is collected when the App is running in the foreground.

C. Device and Usage Data

Device Information: Model, OS version, unique device identifier.

Push Notification Tokens: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver status updates and bidding alerts to your device's notification bar even when the app is closed.

Usage Statistics: App crashes, navigation patterns, page views, and ad impressions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our services, including:


Authentication: Verifying your identity and managing your account.

Job Matching & Bidding: Displaying relevant local job listings and allowing clients and workers to communicate bids.

Notifications: Delivering real-time alerts regarding bids, job completions, ratings, and account status.

Advertisements: Displaying banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads via Google AdMob.

Wallet & Credits: Keeping track of your in-app credits and purchases.

Safety & Verification: Preventing fraud, spam, and ensuring compliance with our community guidelines.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:


Public Profile: Your profile name, skills, location (approximate), ratings, and bids are visible to other users on the platform to facilitate hiring.

Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers (like Firebase and Google Play Services) to host the database, send notifications, and display advertisements.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Our App integrates several third-party services that collect data independently:


Google Play Services: Core framework functionalities.

Firebase Auth, Firestore & Cloud Storage: User database, authentication, and file storage.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Delivering push notifications.
